Cancellation Policy

MMA Discovery Program, Junior Historians & Naturalist Leadership Program

Cancellations for any reason prior to May 31st will be subject to a 30% administrative fee. Any cancellations after May 31st will be subject to a 50% administrative fee with the remaining balance refunded ONLY if the spot is filled. If MMA cannot fill the spot the entire fee will be considered non-refundable. No refunds will be issued if cancellations are made within 14 days of the session’s start date. Refunds will not be given for sick or absent days.

If a class is canceled by the MMA your payment will be fully refunded.

Enrollment is limited in all camps. Registration is based on a first-come, first-serve basis. We cannot hold a space ‘open’ for any child.

All registration and medical forms MUST be completed at least two weeks prior to the session’s start date. Students will not be considered enrolled in camp and may not attend until all medical and registration forms have been received. If a child does not have a completed medical form two weeks before camp, MMA reserves the right to drop the child from the program until completed forms are submitted.

Natural Science Museum, Observatory, Aquarium, and Mitchell House Adult & Family Program

A cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled program time & date will receive a full refund. A cancellation done on the day of the program will be subject to a 50% administrative fee. Certain program reservations may be transferrable and are based on the discretion of the administrative associate and future program availability.

MMA Private Program

Any cancellation of a private program will result in a $75 administration fee, which will be deducted from the refunded balance. All such cancellations will need to be done 72 hours prior to scheduled program time & date to receive a refund for the remainder of the balance. There are no refunds offered for missed or cancelled programs.
